Working From Home: Immune Boosting Drink Recipes

Anti-inflammatory Booster 

1 cup hot water
½ tsp. raw honey
2 tbsp. fresh lemon
1 tsp. fresh or dried ginger spice
1 tsp. cinnamon spice
½ tsp. turmeric spice

Heart Health Booster

1x decaf chai tea bag (I use Nerada Organic or Dandy Chai)
1 cup hot water
½ tsp. raw honey
½ tsp. cinnamon spice

Antioxidant Rich Hot Cocoa

1 cup milk of choice (unsweetened soy or almond or low fat/skim dairy milk)
1-2 tbsp. raw cacao powder
1 tsp. maple syrup or raw honey
1 tsp. cinnamon spice 

Creamy Immune Booster

1 cup unsweetened almond and coconut milk
1 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. grated ginger or ½ tsp. ginger spice
1 tsp. raw honey
1 tsp. cinnamon spice
Dash of vanilla essence
