Recipe: Easy Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS (serves 4)

  • 200g traditional rolled oats

  • 250ml milk or ½ cup apple juice and ½ cup milk

  • 2 apples, grated

  • 60g walnuts

  • 200g yoghurt

  • 2 tsp honey

  • Shake of cinnamon

    Topping

  • Punnet of Blueberries

  • 2 Tbsp of sunflower seeds

METHOD

  • Combine ingredients

  • Top with blueberries and sunflower seeds

VARIATIONS

  • Mix up your fruit toppings ie strawberry, passionfruit, kiwi, sliced peaches

  • Try pepitas instead of sunflower seeds

  • Add a sprinkle of shaved coconut

  • Use probiotic kefir instead of milk
