Recipe: Easy Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS (serves 4)
200g traditional rolled oats
250ml milk or ½ cup apple juice and ½ cup milk
2 apples, grated
60g walnuts
200g yoghurt
2 tsp honey
Shake of cinnamon
Topping
Punnet of Blueberries
2 Tbsp of sunflower seeds
METHOD
Combine ingredients
Top with blueberries and sunflower seeds
VARIATIONS
Mix up your fruit toppings ie strawberry, passionfruit, kiwi, sliced peaches
Try pepitas instead of sunflower seeds
Add a sprinkle of shaved coconut
Use probiotic kefir instead of milk
